This work provides an understanding of the application of integral sustainability in life and in businesses. It also sheds light on the application of systemic constellations (family, organizational and structural) in solving interpersonal problems in personal life and in organizations.

The course will focus on the study of ecology within the integral model studying its perspectives and approaches as well as working with different values and world views of ecological systems.

Objetive:

• To develop a deep understanding of how we see ourselves and how we position ourselves as part of a great multicultural society that is undergoing rapid changes;
• To perform practices that lead us to exercise multiple dimensions: body, mind and spirit--I, culture and nature with a personal understanding of being an organic part of a large ecosystem.

Program:

• To observe and communicate in the first, second, and third person experience integral reality by means of the map (AQAL);
• To recognize insights from several disciplines of knowledge from the perspectives of pre-modernism, modernism, and post-modernism focusing on sustainability;
• To use multiple methodologies defined by the quadrants and zones of Integral Theory and their application to environment;
• To apply the five elements of Integral Theory - quadrants, lines, levels, states and types – in the context of ecology.

• Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers, Technicians and others related to the areas approached.
• Managers and professionals of Social-Environmental Responsibility and other relevant areas and other parties interested in the environment and related fields.
